Job DetailsAssistant Director for Housing Technology
Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following full-time position: Assistant Director for Housing Technology in the Department of University Housing.
This position leverages University Housing software, emerging technologies, strategic planning, and stakeholder relationships to advance housing processes and support student success.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience with student information systems and auxiliary platforms.
Preferred Qualifications: At least three (3) years of experience in higher education technology, or systems administration, with demonstrated collaboration across functional areas.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Serves as administrator of the housing management software, overseeing configuration, maintenance, upgrades, user access, testing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborates with campus partners to ensure housing systems integrate effectively with broader university systems.
Configures and modifies software systems, implements innovations and upgrades, extrapolates data, and develops multifaceted reporting functions.
Trains and supports personnel with system features, reports, and workflows; develop standard operating procedures, user guides and documentation.
Maintains compliance with university data policies, FERPA, and cybersecurity standards.
Program Coordinator II (AH40/61121826/FTE-S01123P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Grade: GEN09. Salary range: $52,100.00 (minimum) – $70,300.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This position is considered essential personnel and required to participate in campus-wide emergencies such as weather and structural emergencies. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
