Job Function:
Provide support in HR Records.
Minimum Education:
Six months of specialized training, or some college, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
At least 6 months through three years of administrative support, data entry, or related experience.
Experience working in Banner.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:
Experience working in a higher education or non-profit setting. Experience working in Human Resources. Experience with document management software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the physical and digital employee personnel file through scanning, indexing and paper filing.
- Assist in collection and tracking of required employee documents. Assist with follow up requests as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
